Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using haulstarai.com or any services provided by Haul Star AI. By accessing our website or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
Haul Star AI provides AI-powered automation services for junk removal businesses including Google review automation, appointment scheduling, and related marketing services. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Haul Star AI guarantees a minimum of 10 new Google reviews within the first 30 days of service. If this guarantee is not met the client will not be charged for that month. This guarantee applies only when the client provides accurate customer contact information and cooperates fully with the onboarding process.
Payment is due monthly in advance. Haul Star AI reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due. All sales are final unless covered by our service guarantee.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate customer contact information, maintaining their Google Business Profile, and cooperating with our onboarding process. Clients must not engage in any activity that violates Google's terms of service.
Haul Star AI works with only one junk removal business per geographic area. By signing up you receive exclusive access to our services in your area for the duration of your subscription.
Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation all automations and workflows built for the client will be deactivated.
Haul Star AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
